We are on the search for a Commercial Strategy Director to collaborate with our Senior Leadership Team in shaping the future of our business. This pivotal role involves crafting and communicating our business strategy, ensuring successful implementation across the business whilst working with clients to drive further growth.
This is a role for someone who has the ability to consume information and interpret data and then translate this insight into simple solutions that they can engage the business on. They must be equally comfortable working at all levels of the business from being on the shopfloor at customer locations, dealing with our operational teams to working with senior level customers and presenting to our board.
