Account Executive

Location: Hybrid – Stonehouse / home & field based
Reports to: Account Director

 

Are you a proactive professional with a passion for client management? DatumRPO is hiring an Account Executive to support our Facilities Management and Infrastructure Services client relationships.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Training & Support – Guide clients and suppliers through our processes and systems.
  • Problem-Solving – Handle escalations and keep service levels high.
  • Client Relationships – Provide updates, insights, and MI reports that actually mean something.
  • Pay Model Know-How – Advise on PAYE, Umbrella, CIS, Ltd Co. (or at least be open to learning the differences!).
  • Supplier Management – Monitor performance and run agency reviews.
  • Site Visits – Meet clients and agencies to keep everything on track.
  • Strategy & Reporting – Work with the Account Director on reporting and strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • A background in recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions—extra points if it’s in facilities management, infrastructure services, or trades.
  • Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills (you know how to get things done).
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach—team players thrive here!
  • Knowledge of supplier performance and compliance is great, but if you’re willing to learn, we’ve got you covered.
